Our "big bucks" approach to youth ministry is well served by a big
group of volunteers who make this program go. There is no real
designated structure to the staff, although David and Janice Phillips
(Mr. P and Mrs. P) have been called the "youth leaders" since way
back when. In reality, though, Heather Singh and Dan Williams have
been part of everything we do for many years as well.
In addition, we have had the privilege of having Roger and
Cheryll Hill as part of every Mexicali trip since our first in
1989, and over thirty (no foolin'...THIRTY) other adults who
have helped out extensively, most of them having made at
least one Mexicali trip.
